By downloading or using the Progressive Pro mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Progressive Pro application and any related services. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of the App

Progressive Pro is a fitness application designed to assist users with strength training by providing general training guidance based on user-entered workout data.

The App:

  • Tracks workouts entered by the user

  • Provides progressive overload recommendations

  • Displays training trends and performance insights

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

Progressive Pro is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • The App is not a medical device

  • The App does not replace professional coaching, medical, or health advice

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before beginning any exercise program

You assume all risks associated with physical activity performed using guidance from the App.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Determining whether you are physically capable of performing any exercise

  • Using proper form, equipment, and safety precautions

  • Listening to your body and stopping exercise if pain or discomfort occurs

Progressive Pro is a decision-support tool, not a requirement to follow any recommendation.

5. Data & Privacy

Progressive Pro stores workout data locally on your device.

  • No user accounts are required

  • No personal data is collected, transmitted, or sold

  • Deleting the App removes all stored data

6. Subscriptions & Payments

If the App offers paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store

  • Subscription pricing and terms are shown at purchase

  • Apple manages billing, renewals, and refunds

We do not have access to your payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Progressive Pro — including app design, text, logos, algorithms, and visuals — is owned by or licensed to Progressive Pro.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Progressive Pro and its creators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of the App

  • Reliance on training recommendations

  • Physical activity performed while using the App

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date above.

Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
